Spend some time serving food at a meal program for the needy. Give a pair of tickets to a concert or baseball game to a stranger. Send a gift anonymously to a friend. Pay for the person behind you in the movie line. Yes, some of the suggestions I have made require money, but that's part of what makes them so kind.
